O.C.Tanner's recognition coach was built to offer real-time, AI-powered guidance to help employees recognize one another more effectively. The product team used O.C. Tanner’s culture research and analysis of more than 100 million recognition moments to identify opportunities to improve tone, inclusion, and impact—then offer editable suggestions as recognition happens.
The AI for the writing coach is built on nine research-backed recognition principles to promote inclusion, reduce bias, and strengthen sincerity and specificity. O.C.Tanner's research showed that better recognition improves resilience, accountability, and teamwork.
